Elm Road’s Elnora Freeman Honored for 50 Years of Service!

Service Awards were given to employees who have dedicated 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 50 years of service to Penn-Harris-Madison. Elm Road’s Elnora Freeman was recognized for achieving the milestone that no other P-H-M employee has achieved … 50 years of service! She received a standing ovation and a special award from P-H-M Superintendent Dr. Jerry Thacker.

- Judith Marosz, 20 years of service
- Susan Brew, 20 years of service
- Stephanie Newcomer, 20 years of service
- Sara Bowen, 10 years of service

This year 47 faithful and dedicated P-H-M teachers and staff members also retired, including Judy McIntire, Building Tech for Elm Road and Grissom Middle School, who retired with 19 years years of service. Those that attended the dinner were recognized by Dr. Thacker and School Board President Chris Riley.
