Elm Road Jumping Eagles

jumping rope

The “Jumping Eagles” is a jump rope club open to 3rd-5th grade students at Elm Road. Students who wish to participate must apply and try out / audition in order to be accepted. Tryouts are held in early Fall.

For information, please contact Head Coach Debbie Paris at dparisi@phm.k12.in.us or Assistant Coach Kelsey Podojil at kpodojil@phm.k12.in.us

The Jumping Eagles typically perform at Penn High School, Bethel College and other schools and events within the community.

The benfits of jumping rope include improved cardiovascular health, increased coordination, reduced injury risk, increased agility and so much more.
